What We Do
Our Role
ARMECY maintains a curated database of mining projects and carbon credit initiatives across Latin America and works in close coordination with project owners, mining operators and asset holders.
Through our direct relationships within the mining ecosystem, we facilitate qualified introductions and structured connections between buyers, investors, industrial partners and sellers, supporting efficient communication and alignment of interests.
Our role is to enable access, clarity and trust — while each party retains full control over negotiations and transactions.
Nature of the Partnership
ARMECY acts as a strategic introducer and facilitator, supporting structured access and informed engagement between parties.
Depending on the scope and qualification, partners may receive access to high-level project and asset information, such as:
• Project overviews and technical summaries
• Geological context and development stage information
• ESG and jurisdictional considerations
• Introductory materials prepared for professional review
ARMECY does not participate in negotiations, pricing discussions or transaction execution.
How Access Works
1. Initial partner request and qualification
2. Alignment of interests and scope
3. Confidential introduction to relevant project counterparties, buyers and sellers
4. Independent discussions between the involved parties
All commercial discussions and decisions occur directly between the parties.
