What We Do

Our Role

ARMECY operates as a strategic project gateway, facilitating professional connections and structured introductions between independent parties for projects in the fields of mining, natural resources and carbon credit initiatives.
Our role is to connect qualified project owners, including mining operators and resource developers, with professional, institutional and commercial counterparties, including potential buyers and end users, enabling informed discussions, alignment of interests and long-term cooperation.
ARMECY acts solely as an introducer and does not negotiate terms, structure transactions, represent either party or participate in commercial agreements.
ARMECY does not promote, structure or intermediate investments.

Areas of Focus

Mining Projects

ARMECY facilitates strategic introductions between mining project owners and potential commercial counterparties, including buyers, offtakers and industry participants, for projects at exploration, development or early production stages, primarily in Latin America.
Engagements are based on jurisdictional assessment, technical documentation and long-term project vision.
ARMECY does not participate in pricing discussions, contract negotiations or transaction execution.

Natural Resource Projects

ARMECY supports project connections involving natural resource-related projects, including initiatives where mineral resources, land use, infrastructure or sustainability components are strategically linked.
This may include introductions between resource owners and potential commercial counterparties, conducted on a non-exclusive and non-representative basis.
ARMECY does not operate as an asset broker, trader or commercial agent.

Carbon Credit Initiatives

ARMECY facilitates connections related to carbon credit projects associated with real assets, environmental programs or ESG-aligned resource initiatives.
ARMECY does not trade, broker, commercialize or represent carbon credits, nor does it participate in carbon transactions.
